TFHS = 0-100 fee-environment health: over 70 excellent, 50-70 good, 30-50 fair, under 30 poor. It blends price level (35%), congestion health (25%), supply (20%), and stability (20%).
What TFHS measures
TFHS scores how healthy the TRON fee environment is: are prices stable, is supply plentiful, is the network calm? Over 70 = excellent, 50–70 = good, 30–50 = fair, under 30 = poor.
High TFHS = predictable costs and available supply; low TFHS = volatility and scarcity.
The weighting
TFHS = price level health (35%, inverse of TEI's price score) + congestion health (25%, inverse of utilization) + supply (20%, number of active platforms) + stability (20%, inverse of price volatility).
It mirrors the Tronsell Fee Intelligence model — same engine, different lens.
Why health matters to you
A high TFHS means: quotes are stable (your 24-hour rental price won't swing wildly), platforms are plentiful (choice), and the network is calm (fast confirms). Planning gets easier when the environment is healthy.
When TFHS drops, prices get erratic — that's when locking rentals early helps.
Reading the numbers together
TEI low + TFHS high: the ideal renting environment — cheap and stable. TEI high + TFHS low: expensive and unstable — prefer staking or waiting. TEI high + TFHS high: pricier but reliable; rent if you must move.

Limitations
Like TEI, TFHS is a snapshot with a short history early on, and its supply component reflects platforms we track (18 in the current survey) — a genuinely larger market could score differently.
