They mimic real team names, avatars, and even pinned messages. Polished ≠ legitimate.
The golden rule
Real support never initiates unsolicited contact, never asks for your seed or private key, and never directs you to 'sync' or 'verify' tools. If someone claiming support asks for keys — it's a scam, regardless of how official it looks.
